Routine property maintenance (within 5-mile radius), including:
- Light bulb replacement
- Monthly HVAC filter changes and vent cleaning
- Smoke detector battery replacement
- Annual gutter and downspout inspection
- Quarterly mold and mildew inspection inside the home
- Winterizing (water shut-off if needed)
- Key management for seamless guest access
Full guest management: questions, concerns, bookings, and payments
Monthly billing statements with transparent cost breakdown
Reliable support, including after-hours availability

Additional Services

Routine lawn care - $25
Repairs requiring more than one hour, supplies over $25, or outside vendor support
Linens – based on number of bedrooms
Storm preparation – $25
